At Rubies II, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
